A Circle Of Friends began as a Peter, Paul and Mary tribute band in 2004. Since the band's inception, they have appeared at festivals including; Thumbfest (Lexington), ChiliBluegrass (Port Huron), and several coffeehouses in Southeast Michigan. Since that time the group has diversified its repertoire and now covers Nanci Griffith, Gordon Lightfoot, Mary Chapin-Carpenter, John Denver, and Colbie Caillat. The band, however, remains focused on Peter, Paul & Mary, transporting audiences back to the sixties with songs of peace, protest, struggle, and love.
