Benjamin Lacy (The Traveling Minstrel)

70’s-90’s country/easy rock (Buffett, Eagles, Johnny Cash, Moody Blues, John Denver, etc.)

Ben and Jill are from Aiken, SC, a small southern town not too dissimilar to Port Austin. They have been coming to the thumb area since 2012 for the wonderful summer weather and have been performing most of those years in Grindstone City at Shelley’s Bar and Grill and Captain Morgan’s. We have played in small venues from Key West to Michigan and love the small-town vibe. Ben is a retired nuclear engineer and author of two psychological thriller novels (Shattered Diary and Tales Best Consumed in the Light). Jill is a retired Special Education administrator which explains her long-standing relationship with her quirky husband.
