Silverwood Bottom Boys
–Old Time Gospel Music, Hymns, and Patriotic Tunes
The Silverwood Bottom Boys were founded when Freddie and Bob met while working at Buick Motor Division in Flint, Michigan. The group is named after the hometown of Bob Garner, Silverwood, Michigan. The group has played at Churches across the state of Michigan. They have played for Revival Meetings, Church suppers, picnics, ice cream socials, and fundraisers, in addition to the Clio Amphitheater, Lapeer's Pix Theater, and Port Austin's Porch Fest. For ten years they hosted and played Saginaw's White Crow Conservatory's Gospel Music Night. For many of their events, they have been able to add Randy, Nick, and David when their schedules permit.
