Welcome, Ryan Scott and the Creek Hounds to Porch Fest! Ryan Scott is a singer/songwriter from Smiths Creek, Michigan. He plays a bit of everything… Outlaw Country, 80s and 90s Country, Southern Rock, and Classic Rock n’ Roll.
Welcome, Kyle Mikolajczyk to Porch Fest! Kyle is a Detroit-born, multi-musician, songwriter, and entertainer recognized for his unique, old-school rock n roll demeanor/appearance, and delivers a well-rounded show capable of pulling off any genre.
Welcome, Wizkey Taylor to Porch Fest! Wizkey Taylor is a local musician from the Thumb in Sebewaing who plays acoustic, Tom Petty-inspired classic rock, 90s, and classic country.
The XoXo's are a newly formed band that’s ready to rock with former members of bands BNT, Shoot The Rooster, and Jason Baker. They play originals as well as a variety of covers, everything from golden oldies to top 40 radio.
Welcome back, Boston Edison to Porch Fest IX! As a band, they’ve been together since 2017 and have performed at venues in the Detroit area including Max Dugans, the blues hotspot, Moose Winooski, and the Guitar Lounge.
Welcome back, Douglas Wilson to Porch Fest! Douglas grew up in the Metro Detroit area and studied classical music and the upright bass which blossomed into his love for music. His setlist includes the 90’s classics he grew up on, along with the well-known classic rock from the ’60s-’80s and music from today with a few originals sprinkled in as well.
Welcome back, Annabeth Taber and Patrick Foogazi to Porch Fest as the duo teams up as That Cat Slaps! A classic rock cover duo, with a little bit of country on the side. With a wide range of cover songs from Fleetwood Mac, Talking Heads, Journey, to Johnny Cash, Tyler Childers, and Brooks and Dunn they're sure to have something that everyone can enjoy!
Welcome back, Viva Rex to Porch Fest! Christian is in the recording industry working with Christian music icons such as Michael Tait of Newsboys and Ben Calhoun of Citizen Way, and he has 3 singles out with 1 on the radio.
Welcome back, The Klik to Porch Fest! The Klik has a dynamic lead vocalist with a strong range. They cover top tunes from the '60s through 2000 and play at many clubs and events in Southeast, MI.
Welcome, Little Traps to Porch Fest! Little Traps is an Ypsi/Arbor folk-rock outfit helmed by singer and songwriter Nick Bertsos. Typical live shows include sweet boy/girl harmonies, pedal steel wails, banjo plonks, fuzzy bass, thumpy drums, so many words, hilarious jokes, and lots of Fleetwood Mac references.
Welcome back, Ean Elliot! Ean is a solo singer-songwriter performing covers from the '50s, ‘60s, ‘70s, and folk, rock'n'roll, blues, and country genres.
Enjoy a mix of folk-blues, classic, and folk-rock covers by Jeff & Harvey. These local natives hail from the Ruth/Ubly area and have played multiple bars throughout the county.

Singer-songwriter, Nicholas James Thomasma combines stories and songs with humor and wit for a show that can be enjoyed by all ages. Nicholas also helps put on HuCo Songs, a songwriting retreat weekend in Port Austin in September. Welcome back, Nicholas!
Michigan-born native, Lee N. Sage, is a returning artist from Porch Fest. Lee is an acoustic singer-songwriter with a hint of blues and folk.
Kenny Lang is a singer/songwriter from Port Austin. His songs brilliantly illustrate stories about life, love, happiness, and struggle.
Triple Play (also known as Stephonifer) is a Tri-City-based rock band from Sanford. The group covers favorites from the 50s through the 00s and likes to get a crowd moving to familiar songs with strong harmonies and flashy guitar licks.
Welcome back FranknJude, a husband and wife acoustic duo with guitar and keys playing popular classic rock tunes from the 60s and 70s.
Schwanitz and Roggenbuck perform crowd-pleasing songs of folk-rock, ballads, and sing-a-longs from the ‘50s to the 2000s. Brian is a Michigan native, who plays with The Geezers in Texas. Kevin joins in for a second year, giving the group a fuller sound. Brian’s daughter, Erin, plays with the Austin Philharmonic Orchestra.
Mike is from Detroit and Jenna hails from the Chicago area. They have been playing music together for over ten years and are known for their timeless cover selections, unique arrangements, and thought provoking and entertaining original music.
Anna will be a resident artist of Port Austin during the summer of 2024. She is 17 years old and has been playing musical instruments beginning when she was three years old.
Huron Out is a musical duo that travels the thumb area playing songs we grew up with and brilliant originals including a mix of folk, blues, rock, and country.
A sound that has been likened to Harry Chapin, John Denver, James Taylor, and other Americana with a love of the great 60s/70s era music. Tim is a songwriter with a love for solo performance.
SUGAR are an all-ukulele group (with an occasional kazoo for kicks and giggles). There will probably be somewhere around a dozen to eighteen musicians who come and play.
Single acoustic guitar and vocalist from Capac, Michigan. Originally from Indian River, Michigan, he’s spent the last 40 years playing and performing at campfires, coffee houses, church sanctuaries, and small gatherings of every kind. You may have seen him playing right here in Port Austin!
Welcome back, Dr Harp & Sweet Melissa! Get in the groove with this talented four-person group featuring guitars, keyboards and blues harp. Plan on seeing a rousing set of jump blues, boogie and americana with tunes spanning about 100 years of history.

Welcome back, the Buggs to Porch Fest VIII! Raymond and Susan Bugg are a husband and wife duet from Harbor Beach, Michigan. Raymond plays guitar and sings and Susan sings and provides an atmosphere of joy with an assortment of costumes and props.
Three siblings who have a great time singing together. Marty is from Muskegon and has over 40 years of experience playing guitar. Carole is from Grand Rapids. Peggy is from Port Austin. They have been singing practically from birth. If you enjoy singing along with the oldies from the 60’s, come join in for some easy harmonies and lots of fun memories in song.
Ban-Joes of Michigan is a group of mostly Jazz-Banjo players from around the South East Michigan area. They have been in business for more than 50 years! Welcome back to Porch Fest!
